You may hold only one registered no 1jili account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
Adults Only
no 1jili is strictly for players who are of legal gambling age. Underage play is prohibited and accounts found in violation will be closed.
Real Money Risk
Every wager carries the risk of financial loss. Only deposit and bet amounts you can afford to lose entirely.
Fair Play Required
Cheating, collusion, use of bots, and exploitation of software errors are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.
Eligibility and Account Requirements
To open and maintain a no 1jili account, you must meet the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform.
You must be of legal gambling age as defined by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. In the Philippines, the minimum legal age for gambling is eighteen (18) years old. no 1jili does not permit access to players below this age under any circumstances.
You are responsible for determining whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before registering a no 1jili account. Players in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to use the platform. no 1jili makes no representation that its services are legal or available in all locations.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You represent that you are not under any legal disability that would prevent you from agreeing to and complying with these Terms and Conditions.
Your no 1jili account must be used solely by you. You may not allow another person to use your account, and you may not register an account on behalf of another individual. Accounts found to be shared or misused will be suspended.
All information provided during and after registration must be true, accurate, and current. no 1jili may request supporting documentation to verify your identity and payment details at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or withdrawal holds.
Account Registration and Security
Each person may register only one account with no 1jili. Attempting to create multiple accounts — whether to claim bonuses, circumvent limits, or for any other reason — is a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions. No 1jili reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances associated with them.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your no 1jili login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. No 1jili will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. Any communication purporting to be from no 1jili that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
If you suspect that your no 1jili account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password. No 1jili will take reasonable steps to investigate and assist, but we cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
Account verification (KYC) is required before withdrawals can be processed. No 1jili may request government-issued identification, proof of address, and verification of your payment method. Submitting falsified or fraudulent documentation is a criminal matter and will result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on no 1jili are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking, and Visa or Mastercard bank cards.
Deposits are credited to your no 1jili account following successful confirmation from the payment provider. No 1jili is not responsible for delays caused by external payment processing systems, bank processing times, or issues on the player's payment account side.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. The name on the withdrawal destination must exactly match the name on your no 1jili account. Withdrawals to payment accounts or bank accounts registered to a third party will not be processed under any circumstances.
No 1jili reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure and applies regardless of the withdrawal amount. Providing inaccurate payment details is a breach of these Terms and will delay or void the withdrawal request.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the no 1jili cashier at the time of the transaction. These limits may be adjusted from time to time and the current figures shown in the cashier represent the applicable limits at that point.
Responsible Deposits
No 1jili offers voluntary deposit limits as a responsible gaming tool. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through your account settings. Once a limit is applied, it cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies to any request to raise an existing deposit limit. Requests to reduce a deposit limit are applied immediately.
Betting Rules and Game Conduct
All bets placed on no 1jili are final once confirmed. No 1jili will not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted unless there is a demonstrable platform error or a game is cancelled under circumstances that trigger a void settlement rule (as described for each individual market).
Sports Betting
Markets are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body. For PBA, the official PBA result applies. For NBA, the NBA official result applies. Results from unofficial sources are not used for settlement.
Live Casino
Live casino outcomes are determined by the physical result visible on the studio stream. In the event of a technical fault during a round, the round may be voided and stakes returned. The no 1jili studio provider's decision on void rounds is final.
Digital Casino Games
All digital casino game outcomes are generated by certified random number generators. Results are final once displayed. Disconnections after a bet is placed but before a result is displayed will be settled based on the server-side outcome.
Platform Errors
Bets placed on markets where an obvious error in odds or pricing has occurred — such as a decimal point mistake or a clear technical glitch — may be voided by no 1jili regardless of the stated result. No 1jili is not liable for payouts arising from manifest errors.
No 1jili reserves the right to void, suspend, or withhold payment on any bet that it reasonably suspects was placed in connection with match-fixing, result manipulation, insider information, or any other form of corruption. Suspicion of such conduct will be reported to relevant sporting and regulatory authorities.
Bonuses and Promotions
No 1jili may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general principles apply to all no 1jili bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
- Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once using different accounts is a breach of these Terms.
- Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus wagers may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
- No 1jili reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, amend its terms, or cancel a bonus that has been issued in error or claimed in breach of these Terms.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee withdrawal of bonus funds — is prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash equivalent unless they have been converted to withdrawable funds through legitimate play meeting the wagering requirements.
Responsible Gaming Obligations
No 1jili is committed to responsible gaming and provides tools to help players maintain healthy play habits. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge the following obligations and rights.
You agree to use no 1jili only for personal entertainment within financial means you can afford to lose. Gambling is not a source of income and should not be treated as one. If gambling stops being enjoyable or starts affecting your financial situation, relationships, or wellbeing, you are encouraged to use the self-exclusion and deposit limit tools available in your account.
You may request self-exclusion from no 1jili at any time by contacting support or using the account tools provided. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly. During a self-exclusion period, no 1jili will take reasonable steps to prevent access to your account. However, you acknowledge that technical limitations may mean complete prevention cannot be guaranteed across all access methods.
If you share a device with minors, you are responsible for ensuring they cannot access your no 1jili account or the no 1jili platform. Log out of your account after each session on shared devices. Do not leave the platform open and unattended.
No 1jili reserves the right to impose deposit limits, session limits, or temporary account suspensions on any account where it reasonably identifies signs of problem gambling, regardless of whether the player has requested such measures. This is a protective measure, not a punitive one.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on no 1jili. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.
- Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the no 1jili platform
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage
- Colluding with other players or with any third party to manipulate game or betting outcomes
- Using a no 1jili account for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime
- Accessing no 1jili using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or corruption in relation to any market offered on no 1jili
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing no 1jili staff, dealers, or other players via any communication channel
- Allowing a third party to access or operate your account for any purpose
Intellectual Property
All content on no 1jili — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, game names, graphics, interface design, written content, code, and software — is the intellectual property of no 1jili or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the no 1jili platform without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of no 1jili intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.
Limitation of Liability
No 1jili provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain service continuity and game accuracy, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or data loss.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no 1jili's aggregate liability to any player arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
No 1jili is not liable for: losses arising from gambling decisions made by the player; losses caused by the player's failure to comply with these Terms; losses resulting from third-party payment processing delays or failures; or any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind.
Nothing in these Terms limits no 1jili's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
Privacy and Data Use
No 1jili collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering a no 1jili account, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in that policy.
Personal data collected includes registration information, identity verification documents, transaction records, and usage data generated during platform sessions. This data is used for account management, KYC verification, payment processing, responsible gaming monitoring, and fraud prevention purposes.

Amendments to These Terms
No 1jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published at no1jili.best/terms-conditions with a revised "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
Continued use of the no 1jili platform after an update has been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss closing your account and withdrawing any available balance.
For significant changes — such as material modifications to withdrawal rules, bonus terms, or account suspension policy — no 1jili will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email or through an in-platform notice. However, the obligation to check for updates remains with you.
Account Suspension and Termination
No 1jili may suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The Terms and Conditions have been breached
- The account has been used for prohibited activities including fraud, money laundering, or cheating
- The player has provided false information during registration or verification
- Regulatory or legal obligations require account closure
- The account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players
Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, no 1jili reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a serious breach, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part.
Players may close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any verified available balance will be returned to the player via the registered payment method after identity confirmation. Balances below the minimum withdrawal threshold may not be returnable.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of no 1jili shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players in the Philippines are protected by relevant Philippine consumer protection and data privacy legislation.
If you have a dispute with no 1jili, the first step is to contact customer support directly at support@no1jili.best and provide full details of your concern. No 1jili commits to acknowledging all complaints within a reasonable timeframe and working in good faith to reach a resolution.
If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct support contact, no 1jili will direct you to the applicable regulatory or dispute resolution body relevant to the jurisdiction under which the platform operates. Details of that body will be provided upon request.
